How Can I Help?....
There are many ways to help the Group or a Section......
Helping doesn't mean you have to do so regularly or make long term commitment!.....
Helping doesn't mean you have to do so regularly or make long term commitment!.....
- Share information - for instance, by word of mouth, by posting or sharing posts on social media
- Donate old uniform to us
- Help with fundraising events - posting posters, an hour serving teas, donating items for sale, baking a cake
- Complete a Gift Aid form! (It's surprising the difference this makes, as we can't run on Subs alone!)
- DIY - offering your handy skills - painting/decorating, weeding....
- Adding your name to a section parent rota occasionally - even just once a term - sometimes just an extra pair of eyes/hands can really make a difference to a section
Here's just a few examples of the skills you might have and just some of the ways they might be of use in the Scout Group........
